Cripple Creek is a former gold mining camp located 44 miles southwest of Colorado Springs near the base of Pikes Peak. Victor

Victor's Gold Camp Ag & Mining Museum, hiking trails, street-side benches and mountain views makes this town an authentic 1890's mining town get-away. The downtown is undergoing a rejuvenation with new sidewalks, sprucing up of the facades and newly paved streets.  Compared to the rest of the country, Victor's cost of living is 13.10% Lower than the U.S. average. The average home price is $95.900.
