Palmer Lake

Palmer Lake, founded by General William Jackson Palmer in 1871 and incorporated in 1889, is one of three communities in the Tri-Lakes region between Denver and Colorado Springs. The three lakes are Palmer Lake, Monument Lake, and Lake Woodmoor. The town features cozy restaurants, a library, town hall, and an historical museum, coffee shops, bakery, antique shopping, boutiques, and art galleries. Home prices range from $125,000 to $800,000.
